Speedmax: make your app faster, and prove it

Speedmax is an open-source skill that turns your coding agent into a performance engineer. It measures first, fixes only what you approve, and re-measures every change.

Most performance advice is a checklist. Speedmax is a method.

It's an open-source skill for coding agents that measures your app on mobile, maps your stack, runs 18 performance checks and reports what it finds, ranked by what your users will actually feel.

Seven phases, one approval gate

Every run follows the same path: measure, reconnaissance, check, report, approval gate, fix, re-measure. Nothing in your code changes until you say yes, and every approved fix lands as its own commit so it's easy to review.

Proof, not promises

After each fix, Speedmax measures again. If a fix doesn't move the metric it was meant to improve, it's reverted. You keep only the changes that make a measurable difference.

Works where you work

Speedmax includes fix recipes for the frameworks teams use every day, and it works on any codebase.
